Paul is responsible for managing the company's Client Services and Quality Assurance groups. Paul has more than 15 years of experience in project, product, and client relationship management and profit center responsibilities. Prior to launching BDMetrics Paul was Vice President of Client Delivery Services Telecommunications for Fair, Isaac & Co., Inc. In this role, Paul was responsible for managing the delivery of all client-facing software products, modeling and consulting services to Fair, Isaac’s telecommunications clients throughout North America. Paul is co-listed as an inventor on the Fair, Isaac TelAdaptive patent application. Prior to Fair, Isaac Paul was first a senior consultant and later a profit center manager for Credit and Risk Management Associates Inc. (CRMA), a boutique consulting firm that specialized in consumer and commercial credit and risk policy and technology. Paul was responsible for the management and implementation of technology projects for CRMA financial and telecommunication clients and was a frequent instructor in CRMA’s Risk Management and Production Management courses. These responsibilities continued until Fair, Isaac acquired CRMA. Paul holds an MBA and BA degree from Loyola College of Baltimore. |
