Paul Murnane has over 25 years of Australian and overseas stockbroking and investment banking experience. He has over 15 years experience in advising Boards and CEOs on a range of strategic issues. Paul is Chairman of investment bank O’Sullivan Pullini. Most recently he was an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs JBWere and prior to this, held the position of Managing Director and Partner of Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search firm. Paul’s industry sector experience as a banker and adviser includes banking, investment management, private equity, insurance and financial services, metals and mining, energy, professional services, biotechnology and infrastructure.
Paul specialises in providing counsel to Boards and Chief Executive Officers and has lengthy non-executive director and governance experience. He is a non-executive chairman or director of a number of listed company, private charitable foundations, community and government organisations. Current directorships include:
Director of Apollo Life Sciences Ltd (ASX: AOP);
Director and Treasurer of The Sydney Institute;
Member of Library Council of New South Wales; and
Director of Multiple Sclerosis NSW / Victoria, MS Australia and MS Research Australia
His past directorships include member of the Council of the Australian Graduate School of Business, and Salvation Army and Mission Australia committees.
Paul holds an MBA from the University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and The Financial Services Institute of Australia. |
