Paul Mangano is president of L-3 EOTech and has over 20 years of experience in aerospace, defense and industrial markets having worked for Northrop Corporation, Smiths Industries, AlliedSignal Aerospace, L-3 Communications, Rheometric Scientific Inc. and VT Griffin in various general management and business development capacities. Most recently, Mr. Mangano served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for VT Griffin Services Inc., the $350M U.S. subsidiary of VT Group PLC, which provides facility, base operations support and logistics support services to the DoD and other federal customers, including NASA, the CIA and the Departments of Agriculture, Homeland Security and Labor. In this leadership role, Mr. Mangano was responsible for all aspects of the front end of the business, including establishing the strategic direction of the company, building the new business order backlog, forming strategic alliances and partnerships, evaluating M&A opportunities and leading a team of business development professionals in the execution of the annual operating plan. During his tenure at VT Griffin, Mr. Mangano helped increase the competitive new business win rate from 8% to 31% and order intake by a factor of 6X. Mr. Mangano holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA in High Technology Management from Northeastern University. |
