In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, Paul brings together the system enabler roles (Human Resources, Shared Support Services, Training, Franchise Systems & Ombudsman, and Corporate Social Responsibility) under one leader. This structure encourages the effective use of talent and resources by providing aligned support to those closest to the consumer, the franchise services team, and the franchisees.
Before assuming his current role, Paul was Chief Operating Officer for Dunkin’ Brands’ international business. Prior to that, he served as Dunkin' Brands' chief financial officer from 1996 to 2003. From 1994 to 1996, Paul was finance director for Dunkin' Brands' International division. Paul also worked for Dunkin' Brands' parent company, Allied Domecq PLC, in the Spirits and Wine group and at the group level before becoming finance director of Ansells Pub Company in 1991.
Paul is a chartered management accountant, graduating from Derby College (England) in 1984.
Paul says his favorite Dunkin' Brands products are Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, Dunkin' Donuts Glazed Chocolate donut, and Togo's Tuna sandwich. |
