Paul Jarvie was named president of ASAP Software in 1998 after serving in a variety of capacities for the organization. He joined ASAP ten years earlier as the company's first executive manager. During his tenure, he opened the first field offices, built the sales organization, set up a product management system, created service offerings and brand awareness for the company, championed international expansion and directed the development of ASAP E-Way®, the award-winning eBusiness solution.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a BS in advertising and an MBA, Paul entered the advertising business. He started his career as an account executive with the Madison Avenue ad agency Sawdon & Bess, where he was promoted through the ranks. Through a series of mergers, Paul became a vice president with the agency that is now Bates Worldwide. He left the advertising world to pursue his entrepreneurial ambition and joined ASAP Software as a start-up.
Paul counts ASAP's success as his greatest professional accomplishment. In partnership with the other members of ASAP’s executive team, he has led the company to recognition as the industry's most fiscally-sound software services provider. In addition, his fostering of a challenging, fun and growth-oriented work environment prompted employees to vote ASAP one of the ten best places to work in an Interactive Week magazine campaign.
