As General Manager, Paul is responsible for the performance of North Hills, Kane’s flagship asset. He is also involved in the planning of the North Hills expansion, which when complete will make the project one of the country’s largest mixed-use developments. Paul also works with Rick Polley on new business development initiatives. Before joining Kane, Paul was a vice president with The Related Companies in New York where he opened and managed The Shops at Columbus Circle and served on the executive committee responsible for the operational management of the Time Warner Center, a 2.8 million square foot mixed-use development. He also oversaw City Place in West Palm Beach and worked on acquisitions. Prior to Related, Paul was a vice president with The Rouse Company where he managed and leased the South Street Seaport, an urban mixed-use development in lower Manhattan. Earlier in his career he managed, leased and redeveloped large real estate portfolios for private and institutional clients. Paul graduated from James Madison University where he also earned a Master of Business Administration degree. He holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from ICSC and a certification in asset management through The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School / ICSC continuing education program. Paul has served on several non-profit boards and panels including the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation’s 9-11 advisory committee. |
