Mr. Hambrick has over 25 years Operations experience in the medical industry and 18 years experience in the manufacturing of cataract surgical products.
He was Vice President of Operations for MAS, a Fisher Scientific company, managing Operations that produced in-vitro diagnostic products. During his final year with MAS he was promoted to General Manager responsible for continuing operations while integrating the business with another Fisher Scientific location. At Biosense Webster, a Johnson & Johnson company, he was Director of Manufacturing responsible for producing electrophysiology catheters. Prior to Biosense Webster, Mr. Hambrick was Director of Manufacturing at Chiron Vision with various product line responsibilities including manufacturing of intraocular lenses, phacoemulsification systems and keratome blades. Chiron Vision acquired Iolab, a Johnson & Johnson company, where he was Manufacturing Manager responsible for producing intraocular lenses and phacoemulsification systems. He earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California. He has extensive training in Total Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing. |
