As Vice President, Professional Services, Paul Hager is responsible for consultant oversight, sound project management, and customer-focused service. Mr. Hager joins Enterra Solutions with over 22 years of successful experience in business management and technology consulting, across the commercial and government sectors. Before joining Enterra Solutions, Mr. Hager was Director for Strategic Management Consulting at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), which provides business strategy, organizational transformation, business process innovation, competitive modeling, and performance measurement consulting services to clients, worldwide. During his first year with SAIC, Mr. Hager focused on diversifying business channels and oversaw a 55 percent growth in revenue. Prior to SAIC, he was a partner at Key West Technologies, a management consulting firm providing market and product development strategies for high-technology enterprises, such as Intel, IBM, and Trustix. Prior to Key West Technologies, Mr. Hager was Senior Vice President for International Business, at Camanco Communications, a global broadband business network services company. In this role, he held profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for establishing and developing all corporate sales, marketing, and service operations outside the United States - representing a business market of 34 countries. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Hager was a senior partner at The Venture Group, a management consulting company specializing in competitive international business strategies and financial restructuring, for such clients as Barclays Bank, HunPetro, and Campbell Soup. Before joining the Venture Group, he was a Special Assistant at the National Security Agency (NSA). While at NSA, Mr. Hager was responsible for developing international alliances in information assurance and protection, with one of his roles being that of U.S. Representative to the NATO Information Security Committee. Mr. Hager began his career as a systems manager, with General Electric. In these roles as technologist, senior manager, and consultant, he has helped commercial and government clients successfully craft and implement competitive international business strategies - and has built the teams to successfully implement those strategies. Paul has an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from The Wharton School of Business, and an M.P.A. in International Policy from The John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University. He earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of North Carolina, a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. with Honors in Psychology. |
