Paul took the helm of Grunau Company in 1995 when he became president after serving as the executive vice president for one year. Four years later, he purchased the company. As president, Paul provides leadership to the Grunau team in the implementation and execution of the company?s strategy to offer unique, personable service. He acts as a coach and mentor to the Grunau staff, providing support and advice as they build and maintain the positively different customer relationships that are the cornerstone of the company. Paul also serves as the public face of Grunau. Paul began at Grunau in 1990 as a project manager, where he was responsible for estimating, procurement, construction and field productivity for mechanical projects. He was later promoted to Milwaukee branch manager in charge of sales, marketing and construction activities. Paul is a 1987 graduate of Brown University, where he received a bachelor?s degree in economics. He completed his master?s of management degree in 1990 from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |
