Eusebio Paul Garcia joined the Gencom team in January 2007 to create and head the Construction and Development Accounting group. The group's responsibilities include cost control, construction budgeting, management reporting and field support. Paul Garcia has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked with major developers such as Lennar Homes and most recently The Related Group of Florida as Regional Controller. Paul has previously created and managed accounting construction teams that have been able to efficiently handle the volume and intricacies inherent in fast paced multiple project environment.Prior to working in the real estate industry, Paul worked for Southeast Bank for 13 years in different departments including External Reporting, Mortgage Banking and computer operations. Paul Garcia holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Majoring in Finance, from Florida International University. |
