Paul Donovan was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sundstrand Corporation in Rockford, Illinois from December 1988 to June 1999. Mr Donovan was Senior/Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wisconsin Energy Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from August 1999 to June 2003. At that time he became a special advisor to the Chairman of Wisconsin Energy Corporation until he retired on February 29, 2004. Donovan has been a director of Woodward since 2000. He also serves on the board of directors for AMCORE Financial, Inc., CLARCOR Inc., and Solutia, Inc.
