Paul Donovan is Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications at Boston Scientific Corporation. He is responsible for the Company’s communications activities, including media relations, employee communications and brand identity. He also serves as the Company’s spokesman.
Paul brings more than 25 years of communications experience to Boston Scientific. Before joining the Company in 2000, he was Executive Director of External Affairs at Georgetown University Medical Center. Previously he was Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Commerce. He served for 10 years on the staff of Senator Edward M. Kennedy, first as Press Secretary and later as Chief of Staff. Prior to that he served as a press aide to Senator John F. Kerry.
He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Medical Device Industry Council and the Massachusetts High Tech Council, and he is an Overseer of Children’s Hospital in Boston. |
