Paul Denaro is a senior associate in the Global Securities Group resident in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Mr. Denaro's experience has included both public and private offerings of debt and equity securities; he has represented both issuers and underwriters in IPOs, secondary equity offerings, high yield bond offerings, Tier 1 and Tier II capital securities offerings, convertible preferred stock offerings, aircraft securitizations, exchange offers and restructurings. Mr. Denaro has significant experience in both domestic and international capital markets transactions.
In addition to transactional work, Mr. Denaro's securities practice has included securities regulatory counseling under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Mr. Denaro graduated from Columbia University School of Law as a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar in 1999. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in economics and history in 1996 from Duke University. Mr. Denaro is a member of the State Bars of New York and California. |
