Paul joined NorthMarq with the acquisition of Baird & Warner Real Estate Capital LLC as an investment sales and financial specialist. Paul brings over 14 years of transactional and analytical experience and has served within the real estate groups of Cushman & Wakefiled, TVO North America, and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. In 2006 alone, Paul represented clients in the conclusion of over $500,000,000 of commercial and multifamily transactions. His real estate career has taking him across the United States and includes a rich operational background, having had direct asset management responsibility for over $1billion in real estate. Paul holds a BS in Finance and Minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University (Normal). He is a member of the National Apartment Association, Chicago Apartment Association, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License. |
