Mr. Clarke heads the Chicago area office of Sandelman & Associates, where he manages the firm's marketing program, including direct marketing, Web and E-marketing, public relations and national sales.
Mr. Clarke has over 15 years of food and foodservice marketing communications experience. Before joining Sandelman & Associates, he was a Vice President at Ketchum and prior to that was Director of Marketing at Technomic, Inc., where he managed marketing and corporate communications for the highly respected food and foodservice consultancy. At Technomic, he developed and promoted several existing and successful new products, including proprietary consulting services and industry trend reports. Prior experience includes key management positions at Magnet Communications marketing agency, and ProVisions public relations agency.
Mr. Clarke also was editor and co-publisher of Chef magazine, a national foodservice trade magazine, and was managing editor of the Food Channel. In addition, he authored the book Lessons in Excellence from Charlie Trotter, which has been recognized by several key publications, including the New York Times, Newsweek, Restaurants & Institutions, Chicago Sun-Times and more. Mr. Clarke earned an MBA and a bachelor of arts, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago. |
