Paul Bannister has been with ClubMom since 1999. For his first three years at ClubMom, he was responsible for architecting all of ClubMom's systems. He managed the design and development of the ClubMom Rewards program, as well as ClubMom.com and other systems. Currently, Paul continues in his responsibilities as lead architect, and also manages ClubMom's Business Intelligence team. This team is responsible for corporate and partner CRM strategy, measurement and analysis, and managing the customer database. Previously, Paul worked with Ameritrade, architecting and building order management and compliance applications. At USWeb/CKS, Paul managed large-scale technical implementations for clients such as Thomson Financial Services, Winstar and GT Interactive. Prior to that, the Internet consulting and publishing firm that Paul started in 1995 was acquired by AirAge Publishing, where he managed all Internet operations for the special interest publisher, and acted as Editor-in-Chief of one of the company's magazines.
