Mr. Conley joined Castle in 1994 as Controller. In 1996 he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and in 1998 to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Conley is responsible for oversight of all financial matters including banking relationships, credit administration, financial reporting and corporate accountability, along with strategic planning. Prior to joining Castle, he worked as a Senior Audit Manager at BDO Seidman, an international CPA firm. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Rhode Island and became licensed as a CPA in 1982. Mr. Conley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Management Accountants. He has chaired numerous committees and lectured on accounting matters for these organizations. On weekends Mr. Conley is active as a soccer coach for his children's American Youth Soccer Association teams. |
