Paul Viviano has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Director since April 2003. Mr. Viviano was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board of the Company in November 2003. Mr. Viviano held the positions of President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director from January 2003 through March 2003. Mr. Viviano's administrative healthcare background spans 25 years, most recently as the CEO of the USC University Hospital and the USC Norris Cancer Hospital in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Viviano began his career as a hospital executive in the Southern California marketplace and holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Public Health from University of California, Los Angeles.
