Paul Arrow is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Financial Solutions Practice Group in Los Angeles. His national practice focuses on all aspects of insolvency, including corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, workouts and liquidation.
Mr. Arrow has represented parties in matters involving the healthcare, retailing, hospitality, gaming, apparel, real estate, manufacturing, high tech and petroleum industries, among others. His recent engagements have included representing clients in the bankruptcy cases of Intrepid, USA (Minn.), Garden Ridge Corp. (Del.), Tri-Valley Distributors, Inc. (Utah), Grupo Xtra of New York (Cal.), Pioneer Hotel & Casino (Nev.), Vacation Village, Inc. (Nev.), Bridlewood Winery (Cal.) and Chaudhuri Medical Group (Cal.).
Mr. Arrow received a B.A. in Philosophy in 1979 from the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law in 1988, where he was Chief Note and Comment Editor of the Southwestern University Law Review.
Mr. Arrow is a member of the California Bankruptcy Forum and the Financial Lawyers Conference. He serves on the Board of Editors of the California Bankruptcy Forum.
