Mr. Rentenbach has over 36 years of experience with Dykema in corporate and municipal finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for clients in a wide variety of industries, including automotive suppliers, retailers, technology providers and business services providers. For the past several years he has focused his practice on corporate transactions, corporate governance, mutual fund regulation and governance and the representation of clients in the financial services industry (including mutual funds, private equity funds, investment advisers, broker-dealers and investment bankers). During his tenure with Dykema, Mr. Rentenbach has served as Practice Group Leader or co-leader of the Firm's Corporate Finance Practice Group, Municipal Finance Group (serving as bond counsel and underwriters' counsel for a variety of state and local governmental issuers of municipal debt) and Investment Management Group.
