The following is a brief summary of Paul's experience and accomplishments:
Represented a prominent financial institution in the sale of its interest in a major office building in Boston's Financial District and the subsequent leasing of more than 550,000 square feet of space in that building
Led and coordinated all legal aspects of the development of the Suffolk University Law School building on Tremont Street, Boston, including purchase, permitting, and construction
Represented financial institutions and other lenders in numerous real estate financing transactions, including construction and permanent financing secured by office, retail and other types of real property
Represented a public agency in the restructuring of a ground lease for a major transportation facility
Served as regional real estate counsel for a major telecommunications company handling a broad range of transactions, including the leasing and sale of office buildings, garages and telecommunication towers
Represented the purchasers of the Ritz-Carlton hotels in New York City and Washington, DC
