Mr. Zaidins, 39, was named the Company's Chief Financial Officer in August 2007 and prior to that served as Controller since November 2006. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Managing Director for the investment banking firm Lane-Link Group from 2004 to 2006. Prior to 2004, he owned and operated specialty retail stores and was Managing Director for the investment banking firm ECDI Capital. He has been a certified public accountant since 1992. |
