Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and is a Certified EPA AHERA Contractor/Supervisor. His expertise in civil engineering and investigations is demonstrated in forensic projects throughout Colorado including single-family developments, condominiums, apartment complexes, as well as large commercial property. He has specialized project experience in civil and structural engineering, biological growth analysis, foundation, framing, drainage remediation, roofing, siding, stairs, interiors, and existing building modifications. Paul has continued his training through focused courses and seminars in roofing, concrete, traffic accident reconstruction, and asbestos/lead-based paint abatement. Clients include construction, management, insurance companies, and attorneys. As an active participant in the community, Paul teaches seminars and education courses, and engages in engineering, building and design organizations.
