Mr. Cantwell was elected as Chairman of the Board in 2006. He has served on the Community Bank System Board since the company's January 2001 acquisition of Citizens National Bank of Malone (N.Y.), where he served as Chairman and President for 20 years during his 28-year career with that company. He is presently the owner of the law firm of Cantwell and Cantwell located in Malone, New York. |
