Mr. Bishop concentrates his practice in litigation with an emphasis on product warranty and consumer fraud claims, as well as personal injury defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bishop served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John J. Harper, J.S.C., Law Division, Morris County. During law school, Mr. Bishop served as Senior Associate Editor for The Labor Lawyer, an American Bar Association Journal, and as a member of the Syracuse University College of Law Justinian Honorary Law Society .
