Paul Alexander concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing institutional lenders and other creditors, including the Federal National Mortgage Association as well as individuals. Mr. Alexander has made numerous appearances in court and has handled workouts, receivership actions, complaints, foreclosures, and evictions. He has represented both creditors and debtors in all aspects of bankruptcy. In addition, Mr. Alexander was in-house counsel with the special assets division of a mortgage lender/consumer finance company with a national presence, where his responsibilities included managing litigation, drafting loan documents and agreements, and managing the bankrupt loan portfolio.
