Mr. Nystrom is a member of Dykema's Litigation Group. He maintains a general civil litigation practice, with a focus on product, premises, commercial and antitrust litigation. He also handles real estate development disputes and land use matters. Mr. Nystrom also performs appellate work in state and federal appellate courts. He has handled numerous cases on behalf of automotive and other product manufacturers and has tried and arbitrated over two dozen cases.
