Paul Edwards is a principal in the consulting service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public companies and closely-held businesses since 1984. He has extensive experience in business valuation, as well as in all areas of taxation and innovative tax planning for individuals, corporations, trusts and partnerships. He has performed business valuations for more than 200 companies. Paul received a Bachelor of Science degree from Mesa State College. He is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, the AICPA Consulting Section and the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc. |
