Paul is charged with overseeing the financial direction of TTA and is responsible for finance, accounting and treasury management. As Interim CFO, Paul brings an extensive financial and business background to TTA. Paul served as CFO and COO at several public companies, including Alloy Computer Products, a $40 million manufacturer of microcomputer software and hardware, and SystemSoft Corporation, a $50M software vendor. His career also includes several C-level operating roles, including Acting CEO, COO and VP of Business Development. Prior to his industry experience, Paul was a CPA in public accounting for four years. He is a Summa Cum Laude Graduate from Quinnipiac University. In addition to serving as Interim CFO for various companies, Paul is President and Founder of Venture Enterprise Advisors, a professional advisory firm that provides executive level financial expertise to CEOs and Board members.
