Mr. Richards' practice concentrates in the areas of real estate, corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment law. Mr. Richards practices principally in the areas of commercial and residential real estate and business transactions. Mr. Richards engages in zoning and land use representation of commercial, industrial, and residential developers and has substantial experience in the negotiation and drafting of complex real estate agreements and planned unit development agreements from both a municipal and developer perspective. Mr. Richards also handles real estate transactions, representing both purchasers and sellers of real estate, and has substantial experience in handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He represents numerous contractors in general business matters, as well as handling construction and mechanic's lien litigation, and has handled complex commercial litigation, including contract, insurance and zoning litigation. His current practice also includes negotiating, drafting and analysis of various types of business contracts, and counseling clients in general business and corporate matters. Mr. Richards’ practice also includes extensive experience handling insurance coverage matters and matters involving insurance premium disputes, principally in the context of general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. Mr. Richards also handles commercial litigation matters and labor and employment matters. |
