Employment law including employment litigation pertaining to sexual discrimination litigation and the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other employment law issues as well as compiling employee handbooks.
Public law including re-zoning applications, conditional use permits, street vacations, government contracts, public records issues, government property, ordinances, resolutions, city charters, referendums, and school property transfers.
Clients include hospitals, healthcare insurers, nursing homes, municipalities, developers, car dealerships, food service providers, small and large businesses, and insurers.
Represents municipalities in land use cases, public record cases, employment cases, civil rights cases, and general litigation. |
