Paul J. O'Shea serves as a Class I director and as Executive Vice-President and Joint Chief Operating Officer of Enstar Group Limited. He served as a director, Executive Vice President and Joint Chief Operating Officer of Castlewood from its formation in 2001 until the merger on January 31, 2007. Mr. O'Shea served as a director and Executive Vice President of Castlewood Limited from 1995 until 2001. In 1994, Mr. O'Shea joined Messrs. Silvester and Packer in their run-off business venture in Bermuda. From 1985 until 1994, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Belvedere Group/Caliban Group. Prior to 1985, Mr. O'Shea was an accounts manager at Mentor Insurance Company Limited and a senior auditor in the Bermuda office of KPMG Peat Marwick. |
