Paul J. Milano, CPA, has served as Treasurer and Controller of Pulaski Bank since January 2006. He is also a founding director of Premier Bancshares, Inc., a $76 million bank holding company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, where he also served as a consultant. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Jefferson Savings Bancorp, Inc. until it was purchased by Union Planters Bank in 2000. Mr. Milano, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, joined Jefferson as the Chief Accounting Officer in 1990. He served as a director of Jefferson’s subsidiary, First Federal, from 1995 until 1999. Prior to joining Jefferson, Mr. Milano, served nine years with the public accounting firm of KPMG LLP, leaving in 1990 as Audit Manager.
