Mr. Dunne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Indiana University School of Law and has also received an MBA from the Indiana University Graduate School of Business. He was previously a First Vice President with the law department of First Chicago NBD Corporation, now Bank One Corporation, serving primarily its banking affiliate in Indiana. He has extensive experience in commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, leveraged acquisitions, letters of credit, real estate financings and intercreditor arrangements. He is Secretary and serves on the board of directors for John H. Boner Community Center, Inc.
