Paul’s professional background includes over 30 years of experience in human resources management including public relations, training, training development, coaching and management consulting.
His work experience includes over 20 years in the United States Air Force as well as 17 years as Training Manager with one of St. Louis' largest privately held organizations. During this period, he consulted with senior human resources professionals in over 400 corporations and served various industries throughout the U.S.
Paul is an experienced and accomplished speaker and trainer. He has created and presented numerous classes and seminars during his career in both the military and corporate environment. He is currently serving as one of our "key" career consultants and facilitates a high-energy career transition workshop for senior enlisted men and women and officers preparing to enter the civilian workforce upon completing their military career.
His combination of military and corporate experience is an excellent foundation for the TAP Workshop. Paul is an enthusiastic facilitator who truly feels he is at a stage in his life that he can give back to the men and women who have dedicated their life to serving this country.
The Executive Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is currently being conducted at Scott AFB, Illinois and is recognized as a "must attend" workshop.
Paul earned his A.A. in Public Relations from the Community College of the Air force and his B.S. in Education from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. |
