Paul Ravich practices principally in the areas of real estate, business and finance law representing small to medium sized businesses and their owners, as well as real estate users, developers, investors, managers and syndicators. In recent years, Paul has utilized his financial background to represent distressed corporations and real estate owners as well as companies attempting to benefit from such distress. Paul's business counseling skills are frequently utilized by his clients to provide them with a disinterested, experienced viewpoint. Paul is listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Paul was an accounting major and received his undergraduate degree in 1961 from the University of Minnesota, Cum Laude. Paul received his law degree in 1964 from the University of Minnesota, Cum Laude. Prior to founding the firm, Paul was a partner in the firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi (1985-91), a partner in the firm of Stacker and Ravich (1973-85), and a partner in the firm of Rosen, Ravich, Summers & Holmes (1966-73). |
