Paul G. Nofer is Co-Chair of the firm's Litigation Department, which Chambers USA named in 2007 as one of Pennsylvania’s leading general commercial litigation groups, based on the views of clients, peers, and other industry professionals. Mr. Nofer is an experienced commercial trial lawyer who litigates both business disputes and employment matters.
Mr. Nofer is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell for "very high to preeminent" legal ability and was named by other lawyers as one of Pennsylvania's top litigation lawyers in a survey conducted by the polling organization Law and Politics.
