Mr. Hudecek is responsible for the operation and oversight of STG's Civil Agencies Sector, with more than 480 people and revenues of nearly $80 million. The Civil Agencies Sector focuses on providing performance-based support for management information systems and IT operations for a variety of federal agencies, including enterprise network, security and server operations; software and application development; enterprise architecture; Web design; business process reengineering; data analysis; test and evaluation support; enterprise help desk operations; linguistics; and financial management. Mr. Hudecek previously served as a senior advisor to the Department of State's Office of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, assisting in the deployment of the Department's new Global and Regional Financial Management Systems. He came to STG in 2002 with more than 27 years of experience in large-scale systems implementations at American Management Systems (AMS). As the Senior Vice President for AMS' Government and Education Management Systems unit, Mr. Hudecek oversaw installation of major administrative systems for more than 250 federal, state and local governments, and 100 colleges and universities. He managed some of the most complex financial system implementations, including worldwide financial systems for a number of public and private sector customers. He has also supervised the installation of financial systems for several international governments. Mr. Hudecek has a BS in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. |
