Mr. Kirk became a partner in the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester in 1977. Mr. Kirk served as Treasurer of the Democratic Party of the United States from 1983 to 1985 and as Chairman from 1985 until his resignation from that position in 1989. He became Of Counsel to Sullivan & Worcester in 1990 in general corporate practice at the firm's Boston and Washington offices, until his retirement in 2000.
Mr. Kirk is Chairman and President and a director of Kirk & Associates, Inc. Mr. Kirk also is a member of the Boards of Directors of Rayonier, Inc. and Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. |
