Paul Newcomb is President of OuterLink Corporation and Chairman of the OuterLink Board of Directors. In 1991, Paul founded Newcomb Communications. Under his direction, Newcomb Communications quickly achieved its position of market leader in the aero medical and air taxi industries. In 2000, Newcomb Communications became Outerlink Corporation.
Prior to Newcomb Communications, Paul served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Railstar Control Technology. In this position, Paul pioneered the first round-the-world satellite tracking system demonstrating the viability of Automatic Dependent Surveillance systems. As Vice President of Systems Engineering at American Standard, Paul revamped the company’s railroad switching product line resulting in significant growth in market share. During his five-year tenure, annual sales of computerized railroad switching systems increased from $5 million to $40 million.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and a Masters of Science in Engineering Administration from Southern Methodist University. |
