Vice President-Customer Services Northeast Utilities Service Company Paul E. Ramsey is Vice President Customer Services for the Northeast Utilities system (NU). Ramsey is responsible for all customer service operations at NU’s regulated subsidiaries operating in three states. These include Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO) Public Service of New Hampshire (PSNH) Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P) and Yankee Gas. A New Hampshire native Ramsey had previously led the customer service operations at PSNH as a Vice President for the company where he was also responsible for Marketing Economic Development Facilities Security and Meter Reading. In his 30 years with PSNH Ramsey gained significant experience working directly with customers and state regulators. In 2005 he took on a leadership role in NU’s largescale companywide Customer Services Integration project. He assumed his current title and
position in February 2006. Ramsey graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New
Hampshire University. Ramsey is currently chairman of the board of directors of the Granite State Credit Union and a member of the board of directors of the New Hampshire Institute of Art and the New Hampshire
Lodging & Restaurant Association. Ramsey is also a VIP volunteer for Easter Seals New Hampshire. |
