Paul D. Gilbert is Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer for LifePoint Hospitals. He joined the Company in August 2006 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Gilbert was a partner of the law firm of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP from January 1999 to August 2006 where he advised investor-owned and not-for-profit hospitals and health systems psychiatric and behavioral health facilities and other healthcare facilities on a broad range of transactional corporate governance and financing matters. |
