Paul D. Vink
Profile : Paul Vink is an associate in the Litigation Group. Mr. Vink assists clients with a wide variety of complex business, commercial and intellectual property litigation in both state and federal court. Among other things, Mr. Vink has handled cases alleging breach of contract, fraud, failed business transactions, property-related litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and various forms of patent litigation. He graduated summa cum laude from Indianapolis School of Law - Indianapolis, and received a B.A. cum laude from Northwestern College. While in law school, Mr. Vink served as a Note Development Editor for the Indiana Law Review and gained experience in litigation research and procedures while working as a law clerk for two years during law school.
