Mr. Desjourdy has served as President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of the Company since December 1999, Chief Financial Officer since September 1993, and Treasurer from May 1994. Prior to that time, he held the titles of Executive Vice President of the Company from July 1996 to December 1999, and Vice-President - Finance and Administration of the Company from September 1993 to July 1996. From September 1989 to September 1993, Mr. Desjourdy was an attorney at the law firm of Choate Hall & Stewart. From September 1983 to September 1986, Mr. Desjourdy was a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co.
