Paul C. Reinbolt is vice president of Finance and Treasurer at Marathon Oil Corporation. He began his career with Marathon in 1980 and was appointed to his current position in 2001.
Mr. Reinbolt was named comptroller for U.S. Steel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2000. U.S. Steel was the former holding company for Marathon Oil Company.
In 1998, Mr. Reinbolt was appointed manager of Finance and Administration-Production-United Kingdom and relocated to London. He had previously worked in Marathon’s Pittsburgh headquarters as assistant treasurer of Corporate Finance from 1994 and was named director of Corporate Financial Analysis in 1991.
Mr. Reinbolt was Marathon’s manager of Treasury in New York from 1987. Prior to this, he became short-term investment manager in New York in 1986.
In 1984, Mr. Reinbolt transferred to Marathon’s headquarters in Pittsburgh as senior financial representative. He began his career with Marathon in Findlay, Ohio, as a financial analyst, and later was promoted to advanced financial analyst.
Mr. Reinbolt was born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
He is on the Board of Directors of Oil Investment Corporation Ltd. and Oil Casualty Investment Corporation Ltd.
Mr. Reinbolt also serves as a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. |
