Paul C. Oakley is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office and a member of the firm s Venture Capital/Emerging Companies Group and Private Equity/M&A Group. He represents emerging growth companies in a range of industries including software, telecommunications, information technology, life sciences and medical devices, as well as and mid- and low-technology enterprises. He also represents venture firms, private equity firms and other investors in fund formation and portfolio company investment matters. Mr. Oakley s practice involves domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, corporate partnering, technology licensing, equity-based compensation strategies, corporate restructuring, securities and general corporate representation.
