Paul received his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College, and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1964. He is a member of the Order of the Coif. Paul has specialized in employee benefits law for over 30 years, including practicing with a large Cleveland law firm for 20 years, running his own firm for over 10 years, and finally rejoining Millisor & Nobil as a principal in 2001. His practice encompasses all areas of benefits law, including ERISA governed pension and profit sharing plans, health and other welfare plans, and a wide variety of other ERISA topics, such as fiduciary responsibility.
