Mr. Laudano has represented financial institutions, developers, investors and retailers in negotiating acquisitions, sales, leases, commercial loan transactions, partnerships and joint venture agreements. Mr. Laudano has also counseled developers and operators regarding land use, licensing and financing issues, including federal, state and local regulations.
