Experience:
Paul de Bernier is a highly experienced, US-qualified transactional lawyer who is based in London and whose practice is focused on US and cross-border corporate and securities law matters. Paul advises clients across a broad and complex range of organisational and transactional topics, including: public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures, investment funds, private equity; and corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Paul is also a member of our India and Africa practices.
Paul joined Mayer Brown in 1999 and relocated to the firm's London office five years later. He was named Partner in 2007. Paul is fluent in Hindi and conversant in French.
