Mr. Cronson’s career began at Laidlaw, Adams Peck where he worked in asset management and corporate finance. In London, with Samuel Montagu Co., Inc., he marketed eurobond issuers and structured transactions. Subsequently at Chase Investment Bank Ltd., he structured international debt securities as well as developed synthetic asset products using derivatives. Returning to the U.S., he joined Peter Sharp Co., where he managed a real estate portfolio, structured financings and assisted with capital market investments. In 1992 with Mr. Mayer, he formed a partnership advising companies seeking private equity. |
